If you are experiencing a mental health crisis

Call (402) 472-7450 24/7 and follow the prompts to speak with an on-call counselor.

Call 911 or Campus Police (2-2222) if you are a danger to yourself or others.

Our Services

All first-time appointments (Initial Evaluations) will take place in-person. For additional appointments, telehealth/Zoom options may be available. Please let your counselor know if you need a telehealth option for ongoing appointments.

Counseling and Psychological Services is a multidisciplinary team of psychologists and counselors that works collaboratively with Nebraska students to help them explore their feelings and thoughts and learn helpful ways to improve their mental, psychological, and emotional well-being when issues arise.

Our staff support all University of Nebraska-Lincoln students. We understand that students may experience anger, fear, pain, and frustration with current events.
